I have taken my Mercedes to The Euro Shop several times for maintenance issues. Each time Iâm more impressed with their level of professionalism and knowledge. The shop is clean- which is not always the case for this type of business. Nate takes the time to explain the needs of my car and is always thorough and respectful of my time. Nate is an awesome service manager. Euro Shop did an excellent job on our car and utilized the knowledge from my BMW dealership when necessary to finish the project. Had a leak in sunroof and drainage tube issues which left almost 2 inches of water in floorboard. This consequently interfered with the electronic system. The vehicle was returned to us in good shape. Thank you Nate and Mike for repairing our car! A+++
