Your form has been successfully submitted. Here are some of the following steps you can expect to take place if your appointment is approved.
1. Drop Off
For after hours or socially distanced drop-off, retrieve one of the drop envelopes inside the drop box and fill out the required information. Then drop your key inside, put the envelope in the box, and wait for our call
2. Generate Report
We have one of our experienced technicians diagnose your issue and do a complimentary full vehicle inspection. Jack (or another advisor) will send you a detailed report directly to your phone via text message and email.3. View your Report
Once you have viewed your report, call Jack to discuss the items listed. We wonât start work on your car until you give us the âok!â. Weâll answer any and all questions you might have whether itâs via phone, text, or email.
